I take Mirtazapine 45mg, klonopin 2-4mg, geodon 160mg, and topomax 400mg at night for sleep. i go to bed between 8-9pm and get up between 4-5am without any hangover effect. how long have u been on the medicine? I'm bipolar, adult ADD, PTSD, PAD, and schizo effective disorder. i also take adderral 20 mg 3x/day and topomax 400 mg in the am. good luck! jocelyn
