I feel that you should call your Dr since you need to let the Dr know that you are not able to function at this time wiht the anxiety, there are some meds that you can take while pregnant. You should call your Psych Dr and have them prescribe something that you can take and maybe talk to your Gyn about getting you something to take for the nausea to help you feel better.
