People have asked this question on here a few times in the past and I always like
to answer because I worked a crazy schedule for almost 15 years.
Always off hours and very little sleep because of it.
It was the worst thing possible for a person with bipolar.
It was impossible for me to get my bipolar under any kind of control.
I made some very bad decisions during that time and my judgement was
way off. It was a terrible roller coaster for me.
I would never ever do it again. If you are bipolar my suggestion would
be to look very hard for a new job.
