I'm glad I'm not alone! Also one thing that particularly frustrates me is that the way the insurance company lists psychiatrists doesn't make it obvious whether or not they work out of their own offices or if they are staffed at hospitals (I assume a hospital pdoc isn't going to be taking new outpatient clients on the side). And then of course when you click on a pdoc's name it just brings up the location of where they work but doesn't have any info about how to contact them or what their websites are blah blah blah blah blarghhhh so frustratingggg
