I was an RN working a rotating 3 shift roster. WAS being the operative word.

Dx: Bipolar II, GAD, past substance abuse, temporal lobe epilepsy.
Rx: Lamotrigine 125mg, Sertraline 50mg, Clonazepam 0.5mg prn.
