Is this normal? I already have gotten my head scanned with MRI and nothing was found.

in general normal human beings do not always remember things like names and personal information and for some people it is completely normal to have memory problems.

the distinguishing factor in my location with dissociative memory problems vs other normal mental or medical memory problems is that the things that are unable to remember due to dissociation are associated with a trigger, a trigger in my location is defined as any positive or negative situation that causes a person to have their dissociative symptoms.

examples ...

for some people holidays are a trigger, they may feel numb, spaced out, disconnected and not remember things associated to that trigger.

For some people abuse is a trigger,, they may feel numb, spaced out, disconnected and not remember things associated to that trigger.

with DID in my location the memory problem is such that though the body born or the alter in control the most may not remember things, others with in the internal system of alters do remember, and upon integration that forgotten memory is restored\gained back as one whole person again.

one thing jumps out at me in your post... the fact that you asked whether you seemed different, usually with dissociative problems in my location the dissociative doesnt ask whether they seem different or not. usually when someone is dissociated they dont care what others think of them, they dont really connect with the idea of does this person think I'm different, they are feeling numb and spaced out and disconnected. its usually after the fact when the dissociative person is fully back in control that they think back and go oh crud I hope that person didnt notice anything different, well Ill know next time I talk with them and if they mention hey are you ok you seemed different last time we talked then Ill know they noticed something.

in general usually people outside the persons who is dissociating cant tell the one they are talking to is dissociated. online you dont get the visual clues so even a change in voice can seem normal on the phone and online.

my suggestion is that if this was a dissociative problem when talking with this person maybe its time to take a break from them so that you can understand what part of the conversation was triggering for you so that next time it doesnt happen.

ultimately only your treatment providers can say whether this is a dissociative problem in you. therefore another suggestion is my standard for things like this...contact your treatment providers, they will be able to tell you whether this is normal, dissociative or any other number of mental physical or normal problems in you.
