Lithium, Depakote, and Abilify all made me gain significant weight. I just started Latuda yesterday and it's supposed to be weight neutral (fingers crossed). Topomax is supposed to actually make you lose weight. I know people who have been on it for migraines and lost quite a bit. I wish I could take it but it makes me sick. Good luck!
