Anyone have it? How bad was insertion?

My gynecologist wants me to consider it bc I'm having irregular bleeding bc my meds are interacting with birth control. He said it'd be better because it's not processed through my liver like rexulti so it won't interact. I am concerned about mood swing as side effect (I'm bipolar.) but he said it shouldn't cause that. He thinks it's the best option for me.

Thoughts?
