I'm sorry you're feeling so apathetic........disinterested.........detached??

And
absolutely depression can make you feel that way, but is there anything you could think of that might "reconnect you" or help you
want to be an
active participant??
I know it can sometimes be
really hard to move away from those types of feelings, but maybe setting a goal towards something that might even slightly "light a spark" for you??
Maybe trying to return to a past interest or trying to find something that might (maybe in time) hold an interest for you??
Maybe some lifestyle changes?? Maybe there are people you'd like to spend some more time with/around??
And perhaps identifying things in your life that aren't working too well for you right now, and working on how you may be able to change those things (some may need some "brainstorming"

).
And I don't know whether it would help in breaking "the same routine each day" in setting yourself a kind of timetable for the week.........inserting different orders and new things..........even time to exercise or do something relaxing/just for YOU???
So......I'm kind of saying do you think you can
make some new and interesting things happen..........even if you start real small??
And if it would help........there are a lot of encouraging people on here if you think you may need a "boost" in making some of those steps.
