Thanks for the reply Erica

Just an after thought on if you've had a medical checkup in case there's anything physical going on.............?? But leaving that with you, and moving on.............

Depression can certainly take all your energy, and it can be a struggle doing even basic things, as you probably know.
But it is really good that you are able to look forward to seeing your grand children and get to enjoy some time with them, that can be precious
Although I'm wondering if maybe the rest of the week seems even "emptier" than it would when you're not actually with them??
If...........maybe you could schedule midweek to e.g. get them a small gift, phone to see how they are, write them a short message for when you see them........?? Just something "positive"??
And maybe scheduling something different in midweek as well??
If the tiredness is holding you back a bit at other times though.........smaller things?? And even different things at home on "tough" days e.g. reading (and if focus is a problem, then short stories or poems), watching/listening to something either relaxing/comforting or "upbeat"...............

BUT most importantly..........real kudos to you for trying to find your way out of this, I know it can be really hard, but that can sometimes count for a lot. Respect!!
