Went from 600mg of duralith(a slow release lithium) to 900mgs....Duralth has worked better than just lithium carbonate because I only have to take it once a day(with my biggest meal) no nausea.Hated taking pills 3 times a day.
You cant compare the dosages either my pdoc said....duralith is more concentrated.
