I do admit, I'm nowhere near as bad as I was before I got on my mood stabilizer. Before, I was rapid cycling, having mixed episodes, moods so bad I had to hole up in my room. Now I'm on 900mg of trileptal a day and stable but lately I've been getting into bad moods. My last dose increase was dec 13th. My bad moods have been bothering me to the point I try and fake sick to get out of work early, and I'm having a hard time tolerating my bf's kids. Just can't put up with the BS lately. I see a new pdoc on Monday the 25th. Are these just everyday moods and stress or is it time to up my dosage? I know that with trileptal you can go up to 1200mg comfortably but I don't want to unless I need to. I know this is a question for pdoc but I'm wondering what you guys would do or suggest? I'm also nervous about this pdoc because she is taking my old pdocs place (who I loved!) and her and I have totally different views on meds. I swear if she tries to drop my PRN benzo, there will be a hissy fit! Her suggestions are usually a major NO and we don't see eye to eye. I'm currently the most stable I've been in years and I just hope she doesn't try and drop/add meds! I'm fine with my current cocktail! Changing pdocs at this place is like pulling teeth and there's a lot of protocol to follow and I really don't have time for that bs.

Thanks in advanced!
