I'm so sorry, your boss sounds awful. No wonder you're crying everyday and stressed out, it sounds like an impossible situation, where the rules keep changing and no matter what you do, it's wrong. Yuck. That's awful.

Sadly, I think you're right... I don't think you're going to get this person to change. I don't think she has any incentive to change. I think she probably doesn't even realize or care that she's the problem.

So, I hope you keep looking for a new job... and I hope you find something really amazing with a much better boss soon, so you can get out.

Have you talked to anyone about coping skills in the mean time, to help you get through the day?
