I just said the same thing to my T in an e-mail I sent tonight
I told her I feel like an annoying leech, and I am so sorry. I e-mailed after our session last week, processing my feelings. THEN, I called her on Sunday because I could not get myself off the couch to go somewhere that she really wanted me to go. She called me back, and I was able to go. THEN, i e-mailed this week about scheduling about the snow (so i guess that is ok), but then e-mailed more tonight about how terrible i am doing, so UGH SO MANY E-MAILS.
