Hi,
I know that my depression is linked to my general health and i am trying very hard to crack the code to better health. I have been exercising for the past couple moths (except i have slacked the last few days because travel). I have been battling with serious bacterial infections and fungal infections for years and need some advice.The doctors prescribe antibiotics and antifungal medications but don't seem to work anymore. This is very discouraging to me because they don't have any other answers but to up the dosage. And what happens when those don't work? My body is all sorts of out of wack now because of them and have lost faith in a lot of aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. I hope there is someone else that has the same issues (not that I would wish this on anyone) and has found other ways to cope with these ailments. I know these issues are linked to my depression and constant tiredness.
I am currently trying one probiotic a day and 3 oil of oregano once I am feeling an infection coming on. Should I be taking one of each of these a day regardless of feeling an infection? I rinse my sinuses with a saline solution from a netty pot. I drink lots of water or at least try. I drink tea, rest a lot, and stay warm when I have a cold. I take emergen-C when I feel a cold coming on which I think works. Are there any other things you have tried that work? My body feels like it is getting back on track, but another bacterial infection has popped up and am very discouraged. I will accept any advice. Thank you!
