any advice on limiting that ... when I am one on one I can talk none stop for a very long time ... telling anyone that I trap with every boring scrap of crap I can remember ... 20 - 30 minutes not uncommon ... or I never talk at all ... seems I am one or the other ... no add, no adderall, nothing chemical to explain or excuse it ...
