Maybe they are just trying to get our anger to manifest, to make it come out of ourselves instead of remain stuck inside? But does it feel better to you to have it out in the open? It doesn't to me when it happens.

That's how I am feeling with everyone. People are getting caught unwittingly in my crossfire. I sure hope that one day they will understand that I was not myself.
