When I got an attorney and sent in all my medical paperwork I was approved the second time. My attorney didn't get paid until I won.

I also made sure I had a statement from my psychiatrist that laid out my diagnoses and specifically why I couldn't hold a job. The reason was when I was denied the SSA said I could find a low-stress job. (Like there is one...)
