I am sorry to hear your news. First and foremost learn to protect yourself emotionally for the toxic behavior.

I suspect you will have some omg, ah-ha moments. If you don't have your own T, you may want to get one to help ensure you know that none of this is your fault. Journal your day and any episodes in a place that is safe. I suspect it has not been a smooth ride already.
I am unsure how long you have been together, but generally this comes out within a few years of a relationship, yet there were signs.
Then fact that he has a T who called you is good. Is the T able to work with him?

Again, you deserve happiness and safety.
Learn as much as you can, protect yourself physically and emotionally.
