Has anyone tried biphasic sleep? I have bad insomnia as it is that got worse since about a year ago. I had heard of this kind of sleep before but worried it'd make me feel like my life revolves around sleeping. But,now it seems kind of nice. I read about it in a spiritual book in winter that it has a lot of benefits and it kind of planted a seed for me. I'm thinking about trying to start it perhaps sunday or this monday. With how weird my sleep already is,maybe it'd be a nice transition even that'd come easily.
