Can you go out of work on medical leave of absense. That usually gives you your salary while you are out. I know usually maternity leave is around the birth of the baby, but it might also be for those who end up as sick as you are.

Different bodies react differently. When I was pregnane, I only got sick once. A friend of mine was sick the whole time. That was almost 30 years ago however....I would think that your Dr would have something for you to use for the nausea. They do have good meds for that
