What is helping me is asking for the ones that are helpful and positive making sure they return during school if needed. I think using your coach or mentor as a outside person that is a positive way to prepare your insiders to match her/him when your coach or mentor is unavailable. I don't think you have to tell your mentor/coach anything, but it just depends on how you handle this with people in general. Sometimes, it might not be the best time to do too much, being in therapy for DID. Your job is the most important to meet your obligations, so I would say don't stretch yourself too much if your feeling the pinch already. School's have disability services, but they are going to want to see information for your pdoc and therapist ask for an extra day on assignment or whatever you might need to succeed.
