Try changing your diet if you have not already. Try to eat whole wheat, Fruits and Veggies, Pretty much as healthy as you can get. Pop, chocolate, tea, sugary drinks, fatty foods all trigger me. Also try eating one of thoes activia yogurt every day. I eat one before bed and it helps. If you can it helps to elevate your head while sleeping, and don't lay down at all for 30 minuets after eating. Hope some of these help until u see a doc.
