I've never been in this situation, but I want you to know I heard your words and that you aren't alone. I think the post above has some good advice, and you just need to take it a day at a time. That's all we really can do. Eventually you'll move from surviving from one day to another day, to thriving day to day, it just takes time. This will likely be a transition for you, so it makes sense that its really scary. And its okay to be scared of the unknown.
