I'm not sure how in depth I'm allowed to go, but I find comfort in Celtic Spirituality. In Celtic music, stories, myth and folklore. In looking at images and feeling this spiritual connection to the land and sea. The music soothes me and touches a place deep inside my soul. There is no single aspect of Celtic Spirituality that has great influence over the other; all aspects weave and blend together. My belief in the good people has existed since I was a child, and every day I am learning more and marveling at these rich, beautiful cultures, both modern and ancient. Ironically, I'm not from a Celtic country, I'm American. But it still speaks to me all the same and brings me peace when I'm troubled, or suffering. I do contain Celtic genetics. So this must be why I feel this way.

As soon as I can, I think I will bake some Irish soda bread. That has become a spiritual act for me, and is something I truly enjoy.
