thanks soidhonia. yes i slept. today has not been good at all though. not at all. i have never called my T other than to reschedule appointments. i have sent her the odd text but she doesnt reply and she has said she doesnt like calls outside of sessions. i have to wait until next wednesday. i cant talk about some of whats going on anyway. not with anyone. but i am really out of control right now. cant get a handle on things. im just frantically avoiding feeling anything and its not working.
