I'm often working on my resume/job search online at the library. Once you have a basic outline of your resume, you can go from there. There are resources and templates like somebody already mentioned. I'm not sure of a free service out there. I am in the middle of job searching again. I lost my job a few months ago and am now living at my mom's. It's not a bad situation living there but I do want my own place.
