I really don't understand the concept of diminishing jobs. Don't know what you mean? The only diminishing job I could think of is something that causes harm to others like drug dealers or a pimp. I don't see any shame in any jobs. Especially for a young person with no college degree. But even with degrees and at any age. You need money so you go work ( unless no jobs are there but not because it is diminishing).
