I have master's degree and have a professional job and speak 3 languages but due to pay cuts I don't make enough at my job so I work random job in the evenings. You got to do what you got to do to pay bills. Strangers don't care what degrees you have.

It is a shame people are rude but frankly if you have zero money and live with your parents you might have to put up with rude people to make some money. I understand you are struggling and hopefully your doctor can suggest something to get you motivated.
