Have you talked to T about wanting to cry so she can see that something is painful to you? Do you think that she won't believe something hurts unless you cry?
My T told me herself that people react differently. Some people, like me, can talk about painful things and talk in a more upset and angry tone and then others cry. I'm sure I'm not the only client of hers who doesn't cry but sometimes I worry it's not normal. My T never said that if I don't cry it means I don't care, she knows I'm afraid to cry (I told her finally last session) and now is more aware which is good. I guess I'm overthinking it too much.
