I reached a sense of peace for myself quite some years ago. Neither the abuse nor the abusers have a hold on me anymore. They may have hurt, injured and controlled me when I was a child but NO MORE! NOT EVER AGAIN! There's a lot of power and satisfaction in being able to say that and mean it. The children that also land in the hands of a murdering pedophile aren't the lucky ones. They didn't live to tell about it. They didn't live to overcome the horrible acts that were done to them.

I lived, many of us on this board lived through it. Now it's time to stop the ***** from rolling downhill! We can use our voices to put an end to this most haneous of crimes and save those who still have no voice. We need to speak up for those who will never have a voice!

Angry? YES!! But I'm not angry at just two people. I'm angry at all the perverted sickos that take advantage of our most precious commodity... our children! For me, this anger is a motivating force, not something that binds my hands and feet or my emotions.

From a former victim, I'm here to tell you, there IS HEALING. It's an uphill climb, but it's not impossible.
