If you truly do want to get better, the only answer is to go to the MD. Sometimes we push ourselves to the point where we don't like the only solution we have ended up giving ourselves....but that's life.

My mother was in denial of her cancer until it was stage 4 & she died from it.....sometimes we make BAD choices......take care of yourself before it is too late.
