It is a great program. The tv spots alone spark dialogue and conversation. Bell has had this initiative for a number of years and the result has been what I have noticed as an attack on and lessening of the stigma. Because of "Let's Talk Day" I have been able to talk and be open about my mental health. This too has been positive in that people have come forward to me for information and help for their own worries and issues.

Let's Talk Day (which is actually tomorrow - Wed) is a day long look at Mental Health: TV, internet, radio, etc. Many celebrities and those affected by their own mental health or others' will be taking to the airwaves - including our Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who's mother has fought a very public battle against Bipolar.

So go ahead Canadians - tweet, text, like, share, and talk tomorrow all day long.
