Yes I would call a covering T, and I have. The last time was yesterday, and it wasn't a very good experience. But it was better than nothing and I am doing much better today.

I think the problem with talking to the covering T was that he was a male T. A female T is my preference.

The last time I had to call, a female T was on call and she was so caring and calming. She didn't know me, but it didn't matter. She even told me she was going to call back to check on me, and she did. It helped a lot.
