I so understand this, on a down cycle myself. I just promised my husband if he helps get me going in the morning I'll go back to work. Call into pdoc and on cancellation list to get in before the 9th. We just upped my Latuda dosage and my need to up stabilizer, I'm already taking 1200 mg trileptal a day but can't seem to stay stable for more than 2-3 weeks, its getting old. The depression never leaves me I just find a way to get myself through the days for awhile
