How did you find this therapist? Have your parents or guardians vetted her?

Eta re Argonautomobile: do female teachers give their male teenaged students long tight hugs?
My high school actually has this program where students can meet with a therapist for free once a week. I halfheartedly agreed because a teacher suggested it when I was looking sad one day. She doesn't specialize in working with "at risk youths", but is a licensed marriage therapist. The hugs aren't extremely long, 5-7 seconds at most, but they are quite tight to the point where I can feel her torso pressing into mine.
