Before the indecision went away my therapist suggested something called the "5 minute rule." I don't remember how, exactly, she described it... I tried looking for it online to link it here, but all I could find was a 5 minute rule in regards to procrastination, not indecisiveness. But, if I remember correctly, it was something like, give yourself 5 minutes to think, dwell or whatever, but then either make a decision/take action or move on... or something like that. (If anybody knows what I'm talking about, please don't hesitate to school me on this.)
Of course, my indecision was for random daily crap, not major life decisions. Still quite crippling though.
