I've been going Tova depression/anxiety group for almost a year with a new group T. Usually the group is ran the same way...we go around and do a check in on how we're feeling physically/mentally/emotionally and anything important we want to get support on. I have always done the check in, but I leave out anything related to SA/SI/SH...no one else mentions these topics either, which is different than when we had a different T.

Anyway, I missed the last 2 weeks, and today's group was ran completely different. We did an activity that we chose our top 10 values and talked about how the activity felt and all that. Well I didn't expect it to hit me hard, but the things I picked were definitely related to the 3 topics I don't share. So I said nothing the entire group...never done that before. Group T didn't ask any questions, and I'm not sure if that's how most Ts would handle it if it's out of the norm for a client. I don't know if I should say anything next group to explain why I didn't say anything or mention it to my regular T when I see him next week even though we don't talk about how group goes.
