I wonder if you are still working with the counselor? In regards to appropriate contact and communication? Does your counselor ( or case manager, whoever you are working with at the moment) helps you to navigate this complicated world? Same as healing I wonder if you joined any clubs? Do you guys have key club ( volunteer in a community) or game club or something like that at your school? Many of my students enjoy that if they aren't in sports or choir etc have you tried any of it?
