Well keep it up or change it up a bit to hold your interest. Get on a good diet and plenty of sleep. And screw what others think about you. If only we spent less time worrying about what others think right? Back in my social days I hated going out. I'd walk in a bar and THINK everyone was staring. But then you have to learn that a big part of that is your anxiety and low self esteem. Chances are that no one even saw you walk in. It took me a long time to grasp that and get over it. Even now I sometimes take my PRN before I go out in crowds or work.
