Here's the reason for this post... I emailed my pdoc about a refill for my Trileptal and told her about the sleep issues. She advised that I take my Lamictal in the morning instead to help with sleep problems. This will make me take pretty much everything in the morning. But when I look up side effects (I know that doesn't always mean it's true), dizziness and drowsiness are associated effects. I know some people take Lamictal here. What time of day do you take it?

I take my meds at night 8:00 on the regular nights and 9:30 or sometimes later when I come home from choir practice or a late mass from church as soon as I get home before I fall asleep .







Diagnosis : Anxiety and depression
meds: Cymbalta 60 mgs at night
Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia with an additional 25 mgs when up past 1:00 in the morning
