Would a therapist tend to like or dislike the idea of seeing a patient who wants to meet 2X/week instead of 1X/week, but keep the same co-pay, assuming the therapist has ample free slots in schedule?

My reasoning is that my insurance still pays reasonably well without the extra copay, and the T is just forgoing the extra 30 bucks from copay from the second session of the week. (I know that some patients even have financial assistance whereby the T has reduced their co-pay to like 10 bucks).

I personally think this is reasonable to ask the T, but wanted to know if this proposition looks mutually beneficial to you guys and/or whether this actually happens.
