Oh sorry, I didn't mean the policies, but the behavior. The policy is the same, but I can't imagine T's would randomly start to reschedule based on what they feel like doing that week. ;-)
It feels as if, because I gave myself the 'freedom' to cancel for 'low priority reasons', I made it ok for her to do the same.
If you know what I mean.
