yep, me too!.
i don't really remember how long it's been going on for, but what i do know is that sometimes i can spend up to an hour/ 2 hours eating potato chips or chocolate (seriously)
i'd reach for 1 cookie, and then would start the cycle... 2 cookies, 3 cookies, 4 cookies, the whole tin, a bag of potato chips, chocolate bars, you name it..
i also have this problem that when it comes to fully prepared meals, i'm not exactly hot on them... i'll eat them, and then my body will give me messages that it's full- but actually it's not full at all, it's just longing for a binge on junkfood.
but that's not all the time.. only sometimes.
