I take a multivitamin daily, but the best source of vitamin D is the sun -- which has been seen ONCE in southeast Wisconsin in the last 2.something weeks. It doesn't happen much between October and May. Worst in December, usually we only have 8 or 9 days of sunlight out of that whole month. So it's really bad here. If anybody knows any other good sources of vitamin D, I'd be happy to hear them!
