I'd say keep in close contact with a good friend or family member who can keep you grounded & make sure you're staying safe.

If possible, try to stay home or someplace where you know you're safe, since you're worried about dissociating. I like to absorb myself in a project (or two, or three... lol) when I'm feeling hypomanic or manic. A cleaning spree might make you feel good, cuz that way you are being active & moving about, as well as doing something productive. Maybe this would be a good time to put on some tunes & sort thru a closet/desk drawer/whatever that you've been neglecting for a while?

Exercising is good for burning off some of that excessive energy... just be careful not to overdo it.

Or how bout an art project? When things are getting out of hand, I personally really like to fingerpaint.

Best of luck, & stay safe! Hope you are able to get ahold of your pdoc tomorrow
