I'm sorry you're going through this. I felt very off after I first started taking my medication but then my doctor said it takes about 3 weeks for the medicine to really kick in and about 6 months to fully stabilize. That encouraged me to give it time and practice some good self care in the meantime. Hope you're able to see your psychiatrist soon and talk things over with them.
