I see doctors like that all the time, they are accountable to no one really, better to just drop them off at the curb and be switched to another one. It is great that you even have that option in Canada. The waitlist here is 18 months to see a psychiatrist, so if I don't like the one I randomly get stuck with I can always wait another 18 months for a second opinion I guess lol...
