again a little reminder what I reply may not fit you because you are in bulgaria which may have different standards then my location......

here in my location it is believed among treatment providers that alters associated with DID are created in very young children (my locations statistics\demographics under the age of 5)

how that applies to your post... here when someone has what they call a ...new alter...it means the alter has been their all that systems life, just that the others (host and alters) were unaware of that alter because of not having co consciousness abilities with that alter.

when someone in my location suddenly has memory problems where they didnt have before that usually points to a physical health problem like anemia, medication side effects\problems, lack of sleep, poor diet\lack of nutritional needs getting met and other medical problems.

the reason sudden memory loss, sudden memory problems points to medical problems not mental in my location is because my location believes in ....general...dissociation is a reaction to a trigger. you know how if someone says something you dont like you feel mad. the trigger is what ever someone said and the reaction is getting mad. well my location treatment providers believe that something happens which makes a person feel dissociated (numb, spaced out, disconnected)

example not getting enough sleep would be a trigger and the reaction in me is feeling spaced out and numb, disconnected. this is a general normal example so as not to trigger any one.

my location believes dissociation moves from this normal form of dissociation into the dissociative disorders in my link at the bottom of my post.

if going on ....my..... locations standards this statement in your post....

"because there is chunks of time missing for me, which never happens."

would tell treatment providers in my location that this is a medical problem not a mental\dissociative problem. here when this happened to me my treatment providers sent me for a complete medical work up, it turned out my suddenly having memory problems that never happens was my medications side effects and a medical \physical health problem called MS (multiple Sclerosis a medical condition that affects the muscles and nerves and other physical bodily problems)

my suggestion is contact your treatment providers. they can get you tested for all the physical\mental problems this can be in your location.
