Has anyone else got/had this? It came back from my blood test but I got very little info from Dr, just a note advising supplementation.

I have been Googling and the symptoms, fatigue, muscle weakness, depression describe much of what I've been feeling last few months. I'm hopeful supplementation might make me feel okay again.
